I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means I draw from a variety of modalities such as somatic awareness, psychodynamic and depth psychology, CBT, and parts-based work (IFS). Together, we explore your experiences from multiple angles while finding practical ways to navigate whatever challenges arise.
Having spent the last 15 years on my own healing journey, I know what it feels like to struggle, feel lost, and lose hope at times. Long Beach Women's Group
This women’s support group is a space for connection, healing, and authentic self-exploration. Together, we will explore topics such as relationships, boundaries, self-worth, anxiety, life transitions, body image, and trauma-related challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. The group is designed to help women feel seen, heard, and empowered while building deeper connections with themselves and others. Drawing from mindfulness, relational work, and emotional processing, this group encourages vulnerability, insight, and community. Whether you are navigating stress, heartbreak, identity shifts, or simply seeking support and connection, you are welcome exactly as you are.
