I am Kristie Sprouse, a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience in mental health care. I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, eating disorders, relationships, neurodiversity, childhood trauma, domestic violence, LGBTQ+ issues, and women’s issues. I also have experience supporting those with disabilities, and clients from spiritual communities, immigrant and refugee backgrounds, and minority groups.
