I show up as myself in sessions: attentive, authentic, and human—because therapy doesn’t need to feel overly formal to be effective. There’s room here for both laughter and tears, and often they show up in the same session!

Therapy with me is collaborative: we set goals that make sense for your life, not goals I decide. I bring my training, experience, and practical tools into the room, and I do believe skills matter. However, the relationship between client and therapist is what truly makes therapy impactful. Feeling understood and supported is the foundation for real change.
