I am trained to facilitate this process of change to help you find greater meaning in your life.
I have been a psychotherapist for 40 years. I work with anxiety and depression, trauma, marital and family conflict, narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, sexuality and sexual orientation issues, and finding passion and meaning in life. My therapeutic orientation is Jungian which means I like to help people explore their unique potential and creative purpose.
I am a certified Jungian analyst. This means I am specially trained to call upon the healing potential of your unconscious where your dreams and imagination can help you access a deeper understanding of who you truly are so you can live a more authentic and enlivened life.
