With over 18 years of counseling experience, I partner with individuals on their journey to uncover their answers and unlock their potential. My solution-focused approach empowers clients to regain balance, develop effective coping skills, and embrace techniques and strategies that enhance their capabilities.
I have experience in working with adults through various transitions in life. I have been trained in trauma therapy for children and adults to assist them in coping and processing emotions and memories tied to traumatic experiences. I have also been trained in EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. My training also consist of CBT and DBT.
