Hello and welcome! We strive at Boise Holistic Therapy to create a place where growth, ease and change is felt when you walk in or log in. We are down-to-earth and passionately committed to understanding your story so we can tailor support and help you evolve in the areas you want. Especially during a time when isolation is easily felt, therapy is a gift to give yourself to gain the opportunity to reflect and self-study. We specialize in relationship issues and recovery, EMDR and DBT therapy, trauma and PTSD, generalized anxiety, family of origin and attachment healing, gender & identity, depression, addiction and mood disorders.
Our focus is helping adults, teens & couples reach their larger goals in life. It's important that you gain immediate tools to begin finding relief from stress and symptoms, identify the root cause, and establish new skills to manage your symptoms long term. Even though we are extremely relationship and client centered, our practice is also evidence based.
It is woven together with methods we believe in and have personally applied such as trauma informed therapy, Internal family systems, acceptance therapy, CBT, mindfulness based dialectical behavioral therapy, a deep understanding of attachment based on humanism, Gestalt, & deep trauma healing informed by Gaber Mate, Pete Levine and John Gottman’s trainings.
