I received my Masters with a concentration on Families and Children and a sub-concentration in Military Social Work. I am certified in DBT and as an anxiety treatment professional, including the treatment of OCD, BDD and specific phobias. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, ERP, PE and play based therapies. I have extensive experience in working with addiction.
Not only do I have knowledge from formal education, my own life's journey, brings extensive and invaluable experience to the healing path.
