With over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, I specialize in person centered therapy which enables me to create individualized treatment for each client I meet. Psychological evaluations are also offered to assess for ADHD, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ADOS-2), and developmental delays.
At our practice we use humanistic therapy techniques. I use a variety of techniques such play therapy, sandplay therapy, expressive therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, nuerofeedback, biofeedback, and person centered therapy. I believe that every individual or family is unique and the treatment should be catered to their needs.
