Here at the Bridge Family Center, I provide counseling services in the school environment, making support convenient, accessible, and integrated into students' daily lives.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), MATCH, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles, and strength-based practices. I provide counseling, crisis intervention, and individualized support tailored to each student's unique needs.

I am passionate about helping adolescents navigate emotional, social, and academic challenges while building resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
