I see couples and individuals who want help reconnecting, managing conflict, navigate the complexities of cultural expectations, talking through hurts and identifying what's standing in the way of them effectively communicating their needs.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I employ an eclectic theoretical orientation, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, narrative, systems, trauma informed techniques such as EMDR, ART and Gottman Method of couples therapy. I empower clients to identify their positive attributes and leverage them as powerful tools for personal growth.
