I specialize in working with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress reduction and grief. I have worked in mental health for 20 years and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness Based approaches. Additionally I have specialized training in EMDR as well as Perinatal Mental Health.
I provide a welcoming, safe and nonjudgemental space where clients are able to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors that have been barriers to their wellbeing.
