My primary focus is trauma work. People often get stuck in the past unable to move on due to painful memories, flashbacks, nightmares, and intrusive thoughts. Even when they are not thinking about the trauma, the body remembers and they struggle with emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, and being stable in their life. Trauma work can bring balance.
