I am also trained in EMDR which has been proven effective in treating trauma, which comes in many forms such as, post-traumatic stress, accidents, and emotional wounding. EMDR can also strengthen inner resources to address depression, general anxiety, performance anxiety, test-taking blocks and fear of medical procedures.
