I come from a community mental health background working with individuals, ages 18 and over, who struggle with all types of challenges and symptoms. such as, but not limited to, PTSD, dissociations, psychosis, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. I love working with individuals and couples who are ready to make necessary changes to improve their own mental health, and their relationships with others.
I work with each client and couple to build their own personalized treatment plan. I offer different modalities such as CBT, EMDR, communication skills, attachment based therapies, and more.
One of the most difficult things to do is to admit you need help, Maybe you're trying to be strong. Maybe you feel that ignoring the problems will make them go away.
