About
As a Trans neurodivergent therapist my approach is friendly, collaborative, and attentive to your individual situation. I have found that my use of Attachment Focused EMDR, Relational trauma processing techniques, and teaching cognitive skills, has helped clients gain a stronger sense of identity, clarity, and ability to move forward in life with confidence. I can help you differentiate thoughts, feelings, and sensations which are scary for all of us. Whether it is depression, anxiety, or a big life change, my intention is to create a space that is free of judgment where you can explore any thought or feeling you may have.
I work with clients of many ages and backgrounds, and I specialize in working with transgender , non-binary, and queer clients who are exploring their gender and sexual identities, and those exploring relational trauma, and sense of self.
If you are curious about therapy, I invite you to be just that — curious. I view the therapeutic process as a journey we take together. Feel free to call for a free 15 min consultation, where you can get a sense of who I am, discuss your situation, and get a feel for how I might be able to help. "Through the greatest confusion comes the greatest clarity."
