With extensive experience supporting adults through trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges, I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful change and feel better about their lives. Whether you’re working to overcome past hurts, build healthier communication patterns, or simply reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a powerful steptoward growth and resilience.
For individuals my approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored towards client’s goals and personality. CBT and interpersonal. Couples therapy I help with challenges, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful lives using the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps partners improve communication, deepen connection, and resolve conflict.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and build meaningful lives. I use a gentle approach and want you to have a safe and comfortable space to work on life's difficulties and complex situations. We can help you alone or others are welcomed into sessions.
