Sometimes, this is because they are the support for others in their life but have no one they can truly lean on. I offer a supportive and person-centered approach utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs, including CBT. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Because every person is unique, we'll collaborate closely to select the most effective strategies for your journey.
Specific areas of interest include anxiety and complex trauma as these are often at the core of most challenges clients face. I also have a special interest in working with those navigating life transitions as well as challenges in parenthood.
