I was called into this profession because of my heart for hurting marriages and relationships. I enjoy working with couples and adult individuals; as an EMDR Certified Therapist & Hope Restored trained Marriage Co-Therapist. I also enjoy working with adult clients who have a history of trauma. Unfortunately I do not work with insurances, but can accept HSA payments. I work with individuals from all faiths. but I specialize in Christian counseling for Couples/Relationship struggles, PTSD/trauma, women's issues, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, spiritual integration, divorce care, remarriage and blended family issues.
I was called into this profession to share the hope of healing - healing from our past traumas and to provide a path to connection in our current and future relationships. Learning we deserve to be in healthy relationships and that we can develop safety by learning appropriate boundaries and walking in our truth.
We all have been impacted by our life journey. I am grateful to use my life experiences to connect with others and offer understanding and hope for a better future. We don't have to live in the lies we've been told to believe about ourselves, our value and what we deserve out of life. Relationships can offer a safe haven if done correctly.
