Currently accepting new clients. Life is an incredible journey. There are times that life events are overwhelming or feel as if they exceed our capacity. These events can lead to anxiety, depression or feelings of being stuck. This level of stress can result in problematic relationships, low self-worth or lack of progress.
I help people discover their internal resources and strengths to achieve feelings of balance. I enjoy helping individuals gain self-awareness to more deeply to understand underlying patterns or beliefs that lead to challenges. Clients rediscover life goals, reduce stress levels, improve relationships, grow self-confidence and build a purposeful life.
I believe in an integrative treatment approach, incorporating the mind, body, relationships and environment. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTSI), EMDR Trained, ERP Trained (OCD Treatment). I am also trained as a Professional Coach. With a welcoming, sincere therapeutic approach, I offer the ideal support to help you build the life you desire.
