I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families dealing with a wide variety of issues. I utilize a Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral approach in a comforting environment. I strive to tailor counseling goals to each individual, and to assist those who desire to work through their struggles and improve their quality of life.
