About
Life can be unpredictable with situations to navigate, relationships to mange, and emotions to gain control over. Upon entering my office, you can expect to be welcomed with compassion and a desire to understand. I find the most success with clients when I can meet them where they are, meaning I am ready to hear your perspective as we work together on a plan for success. My primary experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and identity concerns. I am passionate about empowering clients of many ages, from pre- teens to adolescents and adults.
I use Person-Centered approach, which allows clients to address 'here and now' concerns and problem solve their daily life happenings. Along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address any distortions in thought patterns that can lead to distress; I work alongside my clients to create and increase their positive emotions and behaviors.
I understand how difficult it can be to seek therapy. I am honored you have considered to allow me to be a small part in your journey.
