Depending on the desired results of the patient, my therapy approach offers mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills, as well as trauma processing techniques. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
