At Balanced Life Counseling, I know that when things are out of balance, life can leave you feeling depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed. I'm a great listener, but with that said, our counseling will be both compassionate and active. Using an eclectic approach, I will often weave together different modalities like DBT, CBT, and Schema Therapy to help you achieve your therapy goals, whether that is to set boundaries with others, or to manage your own internal world. Whatever the struggles you are facing that have led you to search for help, I'm glad you're reaching out!
I work with individuals who deal with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I provide a safe, supportive space for you to ground, and I work with you every step of the way. I believe strongly that learning never ends, so I practice that belief daily in my life. This natural curiosity has given me a deep pool to draw from.
