I support clients who are living through infidelity, affairs, betrayal, communication struggles, uncoupling, divorce (especially divorcing with integrity + intention), blended families, co-parenting, and adult mother–daughter relationships. Also, discernment counseling, navigating codependency, breakups, political stress, and anxiety that feels too much.
I have been working with individuals and families for over 20 years and graduated with my most recent degree in marriage and family therapy in 2021. Let's just say, I've got a bit of life seasoning!
