I am a Licensed Clinical provider. I utilize multiple modalities to provide coping skills to manage ADHD, Intrusive negative thoughts, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, vocational stress, and relationship challenges. The most utilized modalities as a behavioral therapist are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional-focused therapy, and Acceptance and commitment therapy.
I work with clients over the age of 18. All ages and stages of the human journey can be difficult and challenging.
