As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addiction Counselor with 25 years of experience working with all populations and ages, I am well skilled in a variety of techniques and modalities. The most important skill I hold however is knowing that you are the expert of your own life and that you don't have to be alone. I will work with you as a guide, listening ear, and partner to find solutions that work best for you.
I am licensed and experienced in treating all mental health and substance abuse disorders no matter how complex or simple. I am especially interested in helping adults with empty nest, loss of parents, abandonment by adult children, illness, and trauma. I am however not limited and have success with anxiety, adjustment, depression, and more.
My hours of operation are designed to meet the convenience of most working clients. I offer evening, late afternoon, and weekend hours.
