Using a strengths-based approach people can develop skills to enhance their personal lives and relationships. I am passionate about connecting the mind, body, and soul to allow for healing and growth on multiple levels.
I have worked with individuals facing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, physical and emotional traumas, eating disorders, and life changes. I also have experience working with adolescents with a wide range of complex mental health challenges.
