My favorite combination of treatment types would be Dialectical Behavior Therapy as a foundation for self-regulation, Internal Family Systems to help connect you back to self, and then EMDR to resolve any root issues and present triggering that may be interfering with your enjoyment of life. I have found this combination to be very effective! I also enjoy intensives, allowing for efficient growth.
