Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating health related challenges, and traumatic loss. Today, my practice focuses on the unique mental health needs of older adults and their dedicated caregivers. I also offer consultation to help families gently navigate advanced care planning and palliative care needs.
In therapy, you can expect a warm, creative approach. You will be deeply listened to and validated. My faith in Jesus is at the center of all I do and informs my practice far more than all my training.
