You may be the person everyone else relies on while quietly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or exhausted yourself. I work with teens and adults who have spent a long time carrying too much - trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. Many come to therapy feeling stuck in old patterns and unsure how to move forward. Together, we build insight, healthier coping skills, stronger boundaries, and meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and life transitions. I use EMDR, parts work, and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients understand their patterns, regulate emotions, build boundaries, and reconnect with themselves. Therapy is collaborative, personalized, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

Reaching out for therapy can feel hard, especially if you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin.
