I am dedicated to creating a supportive space for those seeking growth and healing, particularly from the wounds of trauma. I believe that every individual’s experience is valuable, and I strive to honor the diverse ways in which we navigate our lives.
Many of us find ourselves feeling stuck, often due to a lack of the right support to process our experiences. I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship, where we acknowledge your story and work together to make sense of and overcome the challenges you face. To best support each client, I draw from a variety of methods.
I am a trained practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which has proven effective for processing trauma and addressing a range of mental health challenges. Additionally, I incorporate other modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
My focus includes trauma, depression, and anxiety, addressing issues related to sexual abuse, relationship struggles, life transitions, and the impact of upbringing. I utilize a strength-based approach informed by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and affective neuroscience, ensuring that we consider your needs holistically and compassionately.
