For over 25 years, I’ve helped children, teens, and families find answers, clarity, and real change-turning overwhelm into a clear path forward. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, or big life transitions, I work closely with families to create a roadmap that actually works in real life. I believe every child wants to succeed-and when we understand what’s getting in the way, real change becomes possible. My approach is positive, solution-focused, and grounded in helping youth build confidence while giving parents the tools and direction they’ve been missing. WFP has immediate openings in all 4 locations. We see children ages 2+ to evaluate and treat: ADHD, Autism, LD/Gifted, emotional concerns, behavior problems, and school issues.One of WFP's main specialties is high conflict divorce, custody evaluations, reunification therapy, and coparenting. We offer social skills camps for children and teens.

I have extensive experience in conducting psychoeducational, LD, gifted, and AD/HD evaluations, including early entry to kindergarten. I enjoy helping parents make sense of their children's complicated educational and academic difficulties. My thorough reports and recommendations help children and adolescents get on the path to academic success.

Social Skills Group and camps for Children

This social skills group is for children ages 6 - 10, 11-13, or teens who struggle with making and keeping friends, teasing,self-confidence, shyness, or social awkwardness. Children in the group may be diagnosed with AD/HD or Aspergers, or may simply need help with specific social skills. Through a combination of games, role-play activities, videos, and projects children learn social skills in a fun and positive setting. With a doctoral level child psychologist as the leader and "coach" children are able to practice skills with peers and have immediate feedback about their skills.

Coping with Divorce for kids

This group is for children ages 6 - 10 whose parents have separated or divorced within the last two years. Through a combination of games, projects, and videos, children are able to express their feelings about their parents divorce and learn invaluable coping skills. Children are educated about what divorce means and their experience is also normalized as they realize other children have similar feelings. They leave the group feeling more confident in themselves and able to express their feelings appropriately and cope with this very common, but difficult life experience.
