I have over 12 years experience helping very anxious people obtain a new sense of calm and peace. Anxiety or depression do not need to rule your life anymore. Together, we learn new ways of thinking that help you feel empowered with hope. Some topics I am familiar with are perfectionism, Eating Disorders, body dysmorphia, shame and guilt, ADHD (and late diagnosis). I am in training with perinatal/postpartum work with Seven Starling.
I offer a CBT modality and tailor it to fit your needs ranging in ages from children to adults. I have an understanding of how complex emotions and intensity of thoughts can be hard to overcome. I am trained in art therapy, HAES, intuitive eating, Body positive, CBT-E, and CBT-Arfid, TF-CBT, Seeking Safety (PTSD).
