Accepting new clients. In a confusing world, I’m here to help you find a path forward. The world can feel stressful, and heavy at times, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to help you work through life's challenges and move toward healing and growth. Therapy with me is collaborative and gently challenging in a way that helps clients meet their goals. I am not a "blank slate" therapist and bring my authentic self into each session. I enjoy using humor as well.

I offer CBT/Somatic modality and tailor it to fit your needs ranging in ages from young teens to adults. I have an understanding of how complex emotions and intensity of thoughts can be hard to overcome and bothersome. Eating disorder informed and trained in EMDR and IFS and always expanding my neurodiverse understanding and knowledge.
When working with me, you will feel very valued and heard. I take a whole body, mind, and spirit approach to your life, helping you be more attuned to your body and nervous system. I am honoured to be part of your journey and help you get to your next chapter or stage in life. I focus on holistic healing as well and mindful of gut health/brain connection.
