I am passionate about making sure people know they don’t have to deal with all of life’s twists and turns on their own. Whether you’re experiencing a particularly stressful season or you’re looking to heal from something you’ve been carrying for a long time, I believe we can work through it together. I provide a non-judgmental, relaxed environment in which you can unpack what’s on your mind, explore unhelpful thought/behavior patterns, and grow in your confidence to challenge them.
I am an LPCC who works with both teen and adult clients. I have experience in a variety of areas, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship stress, and work-related stress. I work mainly with individuals, but welcome family members and support people to join our sessions, as needed.
