Hello! Thanks for stopping by. Currently accepting virtual or in person clients for my Mendon location in September! Are you feeling like you are struggling to be the best version of yourself? Feeling stuck or hopeless, having family stress, life transition stress? I believe that everyone can benefit from counseling- even the most capable and healthy people can go through low or dark times which might require a little extra support. For those with more serious mental illnesses, these times can exacerbate existing struggles, making everything feel harder.
In addition to Art Therapy, I utilize cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy to address trauma, anxiety, depression and adjustment issues as well as to treat a variety of other diagnosis and women specific issues.
I aim to be human centered and trauma informed, as well as work to build rapport and hold a safe space with my clients. While understanding that the therapy process can be difficult and vulnerable, I will always meet you where you’re at with no judgments or expectations.
