Welcome! My name is Kristen Wilson and I am a licensed clinical social worker in both Florida and Illinois. I received my Master's in Social Work from Aurora University in Illinois. I have been a school social worker since 2007, working in various schools in both Illinois and then Florida. I became licensed in Illinois in 2015 and Florida in 2019. Since 2019, I have been providing both in-person and tele- therapy to individuals and couples.
In our first session, I like to get to know who you are as a person. You will have the opportunity to discuss the issues you want to work on in a supportive and confidential space. The sessions will center around your goals and the topics you want to discuss.
My biggest strengths are creating a safe space for clients to feel heard and understood, listening without judgment, and my passion for aiding clients in feeling empowered through their journey.
