Hi I’m Kristen! I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent children, teens, young adults, and their families. I strive to help individuals and their families build upon their strengths and learn new strategies not just to better cope with the challenges they face, but to thrive in a world that is not always built for their success. I come from a developmental, individual differences, relationship-based (DIR) approach to therapy. While there is much to describe about this approach and what our sessions may look like, I will meet you where you are in your life.
