I support clients working through trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, substance use concerns, identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ topics, self-harm, addiction, and phase-of-life transitions. I also specifically work with couples and families that are in different states (CA, IL, WI).

In our teen process group, we aspire to create a safe place where teens have the opportunity for real, honest exchanges and closeness with others their age. Teens will improve social skills, learn new ways to cope, strengthen relationship with peers, and gain a sense that they are not alone.
