Therapy can be a transformative experience for people facing a multitude of life’s challenges. What I find to be the most important factor for change is understanding the relationship we have with ourselves. When we take the time to learn who we are and where we come from, we see our relationships in a new light. Self-acceptance allows us to navigate the world more freely. My individualized approach integrates person-centered therapy, attachment theory, developmental psychology and mindfulness. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients to uncover their personal process and what works best for them.
For my clients who are interested, we can utilize creative arts therapy as a nontraditional approach to exploration and growth. I offer therapy to adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression and trauma, as well as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their family members.
Together, we will work to explore emotions, develop coping skills and define attainable goals, so that things seem more manageable. As your therapist, I will provide a safe space for self-actualization and empower you to be the agent for change. The path to the healing process begins with taking the first step.
