I use a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic approach — which means we'll pay attention not only to your thoughts, but also the ways your experiences may be living in your body. We'll work to better understand your emotional patterns, process difficult experiences, build nervous system regulation tools, and create coping strategies you'll actually use.
I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are-without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
