Since 2011, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. I bring a unique and compassionate perspective to therapy as a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Certified Child Life Specialist, with over a decade of experience in helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate emotional, developmental, and medical challenges. In 2015, I became a National Certified Counselor, and in 2022, I expanded my focus on lived experience and empowerment by becoming a Certified Peer Specialist. Most recently, I earned my license as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2025.
I help children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and evidence-based tools. My approach is creative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.
