Trained as an art therapist, professional counselor, and brainspotting professional, I specialize in using an integrated approach to support individuals facing: difficult transitions, difficulty expressing feelings, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, creative blocks, perfectionism, grief, women's issues, chronic pain, and high sensitivity (HSP's).
