About
Being positive does not mean you have to be happy all the time and ignore reality, it means trusting that even on the hard days, you know that better ones are coming. Having hope is such an important part of getting through the hard times. I offer a safe space for you to come and take some time to take care of yourself. I think we can all benefit from a neutral support and perspective, so we can continue to grow into who we desire to be, no matter how old we are.
I work with all ages and populations with a multitude of issues. I have over 10 years of experience with children and families, family conflict, behavioral issues, parental conflict and domestic violence. I also treat those who struggle with anxiety/depression, OCD, anger/stress management, PTSD and those who love someone struggling with addiction.
I applaud you for making the first step to a better, healthier you! Come join me on a journey to self-improvement and living the best life you can!
