My clients are thoughtful, capable adults who may seem steady on the outside but feel overwhelmed or unsettled underneath. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship stress, or painful past experiences. They’re doing their best but want relief and a more grounded sense of themselves. I have a broad clinical background, with particular experience and interest in supporting people with chronic illness, recovery needs, and those who have experienced TFMR. Now providing secure telehealth throughout New York and New Jersey.

At Brave Bloom LCSW, you don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk through the door. Together, we’ll look beyond simply coping to understand the patterns affecting your relationships, sense of self, and response to stress. We’ll make room for the hard stuff, practical change, and some well-placed humor along the way.
