Talk therapy, CBT, psycho-dynamic work and Parts Therapy blend with Frequency-based Sound Healing, Tarot Psychology, Meditation and more to create a balancing of Mind, Body, Emotion and Spirit. This approach is based on empowerment and is perfect for people with or without a specific spiritual practice, whether they believe in the Divine or just feel drawn to Nature or energy work.
I have over 25 years of experience in mental health including inpatient, outpatient, Addictions, Corrections, and Hospice. I have studied energy work, Sound Healing, Tarot, Meditation, and Spiritual Science for over 17 years. My specialties include Anxiety, Panic, Depression, Highly Sensitive Persons and victims of Narcissistic Abuse.
I am excited to offer something different for those who resonate with combining the traditional with the alternative.
