I work with queer folks who carry anxiety, exhaustion, and self-doubt from setting their needs and identities aside in the name of belonging. Maybe you’ve been the one who bends, explains, and smooths things over so others can “get it.” You deserve to be fully seen and embraced as you. You want relationships where you don’t have to dull your spark or earn love and acceptance. Maybe you’re worried that losing a relationship means losing a whole community. You don’t need anyone’s permission to be yourself, but sometimes unmasking just feels too vulnerable. You’re ready for queer JOY and to embrace it without apology.

My approach to therapy moves beyond "LGBTQIA+ friendly" and is deeply humble, affirming, and full of lived experience. Grief, trauma, anxiety, sex, gender, sexuality, kink, polyamory, relationships - I'm here for all of it. While fiercely safeguarding your privacy, I help you find clarity on what it means to live authentically without losing what you love.

Healing starts with being in a space where you don't have to explain or prove yourself. We don't have to focus exclusively on queerness in your sessions, but you will never have to wonder if I accept and understand the fullness of who you are. I promise to always focus on what matters to you most and to shift, adapt, and grow with you.
