My approach is warm and collaborative, offering a safe space to feel understood, heal, and move toward greater confidence.

In our work together, I use a blend of traditional talk therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based method that helps people heal from difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress.

I work with individual clients 18 years of age and older who may be struggling with anxiety, life transitions, or trauma. During our initial session, we'll discuss what's brought you to therapy and delve more into the issues at hand. Most of my clients find that I'm easy to talk to.
