My goal is to help young people feel seen, heard, and empowered—while offering parents insight into what their child needs and how to support their journey toward healing and growth.
I’m working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist, specializing in helping children and teens process emotions through play and expressive arts. I support kids facing grief, blended family changes, and life with a disability. My goal is to help them feel understood, express themselves safely, and build confidence at their own pace.
