I am a licensed mental health counselor. I enjoy working with clients and I offer a collaborative approach free of judgement. I began working in the mental health field 2004. I offer clients a compassionate and safe place to work on personal growth. I work with clients to achieve their goals. Since life can be busy and stressful, I focus on teaching mindfulness techniques to assist clients with stress reduction. I am trained in EMDR and have experience with trauma and substance abuse issues. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy to work with clients with adhd, anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals and couples.
