I have been practicing as a therapist for 8 years. My professional orientation encompasses insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, somatic, attachment-based, and narrative therapeutic approaches. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Relational Life Therapy, and feminist, existential and spiritual perspectives.
